West Ribs have a design & manufacturing facility capable of designing and specialised products for many industries, such as leisure, medical, offshore oil & gas, construction and marine.

We design using Rhino CAD software and have have a miller T300 extreme curve welding machine, this machine is capable of welding PVC and Polyurethane (TPU) fabrics. In addition we can also weld "drop-stitch" or "drop-thread" fabrics.

All fabric is cut by our Pathfinder CNC fabric cutting machine, ensuring fast and accurate cutting.

Whilst we specialise in inflatable products, we have manufactured many non-inflatable products too.
